Your information

Privacy Policy

Effective August 27, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how HLG Global LLC, doing business as Braeton ("Braeton," "we," "us," or "our"), handles personal information when you visit usebraeton.com, contact us, book a consultation, make a payment, or interact with an AI receptionist we operate for ourselves or configure for a client.

01

Information we collect

Depending on how you interact with Braeton, we may collect:

  • Contact and business information, including names, email addresses, telephone numbers, company names, websites, service needs, and appointment details.
  • Call information, including caller details, call routing information, recordings, transcripts, summaries, and responses provided during a call when those features are enabled and disclosed.
  • Billing and subscription information, such as plan, payment status, billing contact, and transaction records. Payment card information is processed by our payment provider and is not stored directly by Braeton.
  • Technical information supplied by hosting and security services, such as IP address, browser or device information, timestamps, and basic usage or diagnostic data.
  • Information a business client provides so we can configure its receptionist, including approved FAQs, hours, services, policies, call flows, integrations, and staff routing instructions.
02

How we use information

We use information to:

  • Respond to inquiries, provide demonstrations, and schedule consultations.
  • Configure, test, operate, support, and improve AI receptionist services.
  • Answer calls, capture leads, route requests, book appointments, and deliver call details according to approved instructions.
  • Process subscriptions, maintain business records, prevent fraud, secure our systems, and enforce agreements.
  • Comply with applicable law and protect Braeton, our clients, callers, and others.
03

AI calls, recordings, and transcripts

Calls may be handled by artificial intelligence. When recording or transcription is enabled, the call experience should provide any notices required for the applicable use case. Business clients are responsible for approving their call flow and for determining and providing notices or obtaining consents required for their callers, employees, locations, and industry. Do not provide highly sensitive information unless the use case and safeguards have been approved in writing.

04

How we share information

We may share information only as reasonably necessary with:

  • The Braeton client whose receptionist you called, including its authorized staff and connected systems.
  • Qualified providers that support telecommunications, artificial intelligence, transcription, hosting, email, scheduling, calendars, payments, security, CRM, and other integrations.
  • Professional advisers, authorities, or other parties when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, and security.
  • A successor or participant in a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of business assets, subject to appropriate protections.

We do not sell personal information for money or use it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

05

Retention and security

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, maintain records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet legal obligations. Retention can vary by client configuration and provider. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, but no transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

06

Your choices and rights

You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information held directly by Braeton, subject to legal and operational exceptions. If your request concerns a business whose receptionist you called, that business may control the information and may need to handle your request. You may decline to provide information, although some services or bookings may then be unavailable.

07

Children's privacy

Braeton's website and services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the website.

08

Changes and contact

We may update this policy as our services or legal obligations change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
