Terms of Service

Effective August 27, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of usebraeton.com and interactions with HLG Global LLC, doing business as Braeton ("Braeton," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the website, booking a consultation, or using our services, you agree to these Terms. Paid services may also require an Order Form, Master Service Agreement, or other written agreement. If a signed agreement conflicts with these Terms, the signed agreement controls for those services.

01

What Braeton provides

Braeton provides managed AI receptionist and business communication services. Depending on a client's approved configuration, services may answer calls, provide approved information, collect caller details, identify urgency, route or transfer calls, create recordings or transcripts, send summaries, and request or book appointments through connected systems. Features and availability vary by plan, provider, integration, and client configuration.

02

AI and service limitations

AI-generated responses may be incomplete, delayed, misunderstood, or incorrect. Telecommunications, internet, software, and third-party services can experience outages or errors. Braeton does not guarantee uninterrupted service, perfect transcription, successful transfers, booked appointments, lead conversion, or any specific business result. Clients remain responsible for reviewing configurations, maintaining appropriate human oversight, and handling matters that require professional judgment.

03

Not an emergency service

Braeton is not a replacement for 911, emergency dispatch, medical advice, legal advice, or another licensed professional service. Do not rely on the website or an AI receptionist where a delay or error could create an immediate risk to life, health, safety, property, or legal rights. Call the appropriate emergency service when needed.

04

Client and user responsibilities

You must provide accurate information, use the services lawfully, protect account and integration access, and avoid submitting content that is fraudulent, abusive, infringing, unsafe, or designed to disrupt or misuse the service. Business clients are responsible for approving business information, FAQs, policies, routing rules, appointment settings, escalation procedures, and other instructions before launch and for promptly reporting changes.

05

Call notices and consent

Some calls may be recorded, transcribed, summarized, or processed by artificial intelligence when those features are enabled. Business clients are responsible for determining and providing all notices and obtaining all consents required for their callers, employees, locations, industry, and applicable law. Braeton may assist with approved disclosure language but does not make the client's legal determination.

06

Payments, renewal, and cancellation

Prices, billing dates, included usage, overages, automatic renewal, cancellation requirements, refunds, and suspension rights are stated in the applicable checkout page, Order Form, or signed service agreement. Recurring charges may be processed automatically through our payment provider. Accounts may be paused or suspended for nonpayment, unlawful use, abuse, security risk, or material breach. The applicable written agreement controls any service-specific cancellation or refund terms.

07

Third-party services

Braeton may rely on telecommunications, AI, transcription, scheduling, calendar, CRM, payment, hosting, email, and integration providers. Your use of connected third-party products may also be governed by their terms and privacy policies. Braeton is not responsible for third-party systems outside our reasonable control.

08

Intellectual property

The Braeton name, website, branding, service materials, configurations, documentation, and related intellectual property are owned by HLG Global LLC or its licensors. You may not copy, reverse engineer, resell, misuse, or create derivative works from them except as expressly permitted in writing. Clients retain ownership of their business information and materials, subject to the rights needed for Braeton to provide the services.

09

Privacy and confidentiality

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information. For paid services, confidentiality, data processing, recording, and industry-specific obligations may also be addressed in a signed agreement. Highly sensitive or regulated information must not be submitted unless the use case and appropriate safeguards have been approved in writing.

10

Disclaimers and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website and any demonstration are provided "as is" and "as available." Braeton disclaims implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and noninfringement. Braeton is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages or for lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities. Any additional limitations or remedies for paid services are governed by the applicable signed agreement. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

11

Changes and contact

We may update these Terms as our website, services, or legal obligations change. The effective date above identifies the current version. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
